8 concerned staff of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has demanded answers to 24 Questions on Ghana Educational Pensions Scheme (GESOPS) Ghana. They are seeking for this answers under the Right to Information Act, 2019, (ACT 989) as well as the constitution.
The 8 staff who are asking legitimate questions through their lawyers are Stephen Desu, Foster Eshu, Patrick Afful, Christian Aidoo, Eric Kofi Mensah, Jonathan K. Nyarko-Siaw, Frank Abeku Adams and Vida Dunee. The answers provided by the GES and other stakeholders will help the entire staff of the GES whose social security contributions are in danger.
A copy or copies of document(s) covering the payment from GESOPS account to K.A TECHNOLOGIES (as pre-finance for the manufacturing of 280,000 laptops) as it was agreed between Ghana Education Service and GESOPS Board of Trustees
