Ministry of Education set to release BECE School Placement || Check Date

Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has given an update on the timeline for the release of Senior High School Placement for BECE graduates.

According to Mr Kwasi Kwarteng, Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry is working tirelessly to ensure the release the school placement for the graduates.

The Ministry of Education is working very hard to make sure that we release the placement very soon. Hopefully, within the coming weeks, the placements should be ready.

When questioned about the exact date the school placement will be released,  Mr Kwarteng said that the Ministry is yet to agree upon the exact date for the release of the school placement.

“The date has not been agreed upon yet, so I can’t be emphatic, but it’s surely going to be this February.”Mr Kwasi Kwarteng said in a conversation with Roselyn Felli on Prime Morning.

As parents and their wards prepare in anticipation for the release of the School Placement for BECE graduates, the Ministry of Education has advised parents to avoid paying money to middlemen to secure a preferred school for their children as the placement of BECE graduates is solely based on merit.
