The Controller And Accountant-General's Department is embarking on a nationwide virtual sensitization exercise on the new upgraded Third Party Reference System (TPRS)
The TPRS is a system that allows Third Party Institutions to directly deduct loan repayment, Insurance Premium, Welfare contributions and credit Unions deductions from salaries of GOG employees at source
The purpose of this upgrade is to address fraudulent and impersonation issues, wrongful deductions from the TPIs as well as affordability issues from credit worthiness of GOG employees when applying for loan
As part of the exercise, all employees are required to upload their pictures on the GOG E-Payslip Platforms to enable them access the TPIs.
The Sensitization is expected to start form 17th May to 27th May, 2021 via zoom in cohorts for all the regions and will also be live on facebook.
