The National Teaching Council (NTC) who is in charge of teacher licensure has released a list of teachers who have not completed their registration on the portal.
The registration of teachers on the portal is to enable the NTC collate data on GES teaching and Non- teaching, professional and Non-professional staff across the country for onward issuance of license.
This license when issued will qualify a Ghanaian teacher to be able to teach in the country and some parts of the world.
The registration was initially scheduled to end on 7th May, 2021 has been extended indefinitely after further consultations with stakeholders.
Even though the National Teaching Council (NTC) has extended the deadline indefinitely, it is still urging all GES staff to Log on to the portal to register as quickly as possible. This will enable them issue the license ac quick as possible which will begin from the Greater Accra on 12th May, 2021.
For this reason, NTC has released a list of teacher who have not completed their registration on the portal of all the regions.
The Council is therefore urging all registrants to log on to the portal to update their information on or before 17th May, 2021. List of the said teachers have been compiled.
